Operations Analyst  - Full Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail oriented Operations Analyst to provide direct support to the Director of Operations. This role is essential for ensuring accurate reporting, smooth financial processes, and compliance across the firm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with client reporting, including account statements, performance reports, and reconciliations.

  • Support accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and transaction tracking.

  • Assist in compliance activities, maintaining accurate records and supporting regulatory reporting.

  • Prepare operational and financial reports for management and clients.

  • Help manage workflow and priorities to ensure client and internal requests are completed accurately and on schedule. 

  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in finance, operations, or investment advisory support.

  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 


  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial/accounting systems a plus.

Client Service Associate - Full Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Client Service Associate to serve in a front-office role, supporting advisors in delivering a high-touch service experience. This position involves managing client relationships, handling account needs and ensuring prompt, professional communication while maintaining accuracy and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

  • Providing client service via telephone, e-mail, and in-person.

  • Preparing materials for client meetings.

  • Assisting the operations team to process client needs.

  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the company's CRM system or database.

Qualifications:

  •  Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, client-first demeanor.

  • Strong organizational skills and / or prior administrative experience.

  • 1–3+ years of experience in a client service, banking, or financial services role.


  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
